Ferdinando Provenzano 's atelier is located in Palermo , but it could be anywhere because the artist is an eclectic free thinker, capable of transforming reality through images.

His artistic creations are not confined to a subject but they range from large to small details.

The “Trompe l'oeil” technique forces the artist to pit his skill against diverse subjects to create an illusive reality: he can reproduce furniture, ordinary objects and also monuments thanks to his careful study of perspective.

“Trompe l'oeil” is the ideal expression of F. Provenzano's creativity, for his achievements in this technique, the artist has won several prizes during his twenty year career.

He is also an experienced graphic designer: he has worked both as a free lance as well as for many advertising agencies in his hometown.

He lived in Bergamo for six years, where he worked as an art director in the graphic area of an important design centre. He also taught Graphics, Illustration and Stage Design in some Institutes and Academies in Palermo .

Provenzano has also illustrated several school book covers for well known publishers, designed TV settings and arranged exhibition spaces.

He has taken part in many collective and individual exhibitions.
